You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

- Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

Payments and Fees
All payments made through the Service are processed securely. By making a payment, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you have selected.
We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Any changes to fees will be notified to you in advance.
For agent services, commissions and profit margins are subject to change. Agents will be notified of any changes to their commission structure
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital services, most transactions are final and non-refundable. In cases of technical errors or service non-delivery, please contact our customer support for assistance.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bundlegram and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Nigeria and foreign countries.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bundlegram, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
